Yes. If your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it by emailing us at: info@eastcoastgamers.ca

Unfortunately, we are unable to add/delete items from an order once it is placed. Please place a separate order for an additional item or contact us at info@eastcoastgamers.ca and we can cancel your order so you can place a new one.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Since we are based in Atlantic Canada, we currently primarily ship through Canada Post.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update in the Canada Post system. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation, please email us at info@eastcoastgamers.ca

In stock orders generally ship within 3-4 business days, however this could vary during times of heavier order volumes. Out of stock items will ship within 7-10 days, as new stock arrives.

Shipping goes by weight and location being shipped, so depending on the size of the order, it will vary.  Within Canada we try to use Flat Rate Boxes for multiple items. We offer different options at checkout for shipping.

We can ship internationally; shipping will vary depending on weight and location.

If you are ordering from outside Canada, your package may be subject to import taxes and duties fees. We are required by law to mark all packages as “merchandise” and clearly state the purchase price of the goods in the package. The import taxes and duty fees vary from country to country and are based on the value of the merchandise. Some countries allow up to a certain value of goods into the country without any additional duties and taxes. To find out how much you could be charged, contact your local post office for more information.

RETURNS

Yes, you may return items in your order within 30 days of receiving them. They must be unwashed, unworn, and in the original packaging to be considered for a refund*. (Worn or defective may not be eligible for refund or exchange.)
* Refunds apply to items only; shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you have received a defective item, please send us an email with photos to info@eastcoastgamers.ca and we will take care of you.
